I used to wear these in a size 455 and loved them Unfortunately I had a serious injury a couple years ago and the therapists advised me to size up to avoid complications They have actually never touched the ground - just the foot plate of my wheelchair I replaced the insoles with some New Balance ones as some kind of experiment so I dont have the original insoles anymore but these should be fine if you choose not to put in Superfeet Note that the left heel outsole has been chewed up a bit where I accidentally rubbed it repeatedly with the heel of the right shoe and the little Scarpa tags on the tongues have been moved a little bit and reattached in sloppy fashion to try and make them into pulltabs Didnt work haha
