There Are 2 hip pads and shims, 1 seat pad, 1 sheet for heel pads and 2 tHigh pads. Made adjustments to the foam with sandpaper or rasp and glue them in with H2Glue (not included). The pads Are non-adhesive, so if you don't glue 'em, they're gonna fall out. Have yourself a comfortable paddle.
