After the climb the rappel into the couloir and the bomb to the bottom we tug off our sweaty baselayer and pull on the Black Diamond Ski Mountaineering Hoodie before cracking a brew. The plush cotton fleece warms our core yet lets our skin breathe as we lounge back. As our lids get heavy we cinch the hood over our head and close our eyes for some hard-earned Zs.
