Back in the forties, Air Force men used to have pin-up girls painted on their planes. A great, uplifting craft the boys could do while far away from home and stuck on a military base! Unfortunately, paint and artistic talent can be hard to come by. Well, the paint is easy actually, but you don't even want to know how many stick figure Rita Hayworths and Betty Grables were out there fighting for the Good old US of A! Now it's too bad that all the time spent painting beautiful woman on the sides of airplanes produced ... well, second-grade level stuff. Honestly, it would have been better to just leave the plane blank if you don't have the art skills but it's the thought that counts, right? Our veterans fought through it all, stick figure paintings or no and were rewarded when they arrived back home and could go see their sweeties (that's what guys called their girlfriends back in the day. Probably.) Well now's your chance to be that pin-up those pilots were trying so hard to create! A sight for sore eyes, so to speak. And best of all, no art lessons required. Just slip into this military uniform and salute the troops. Never mind that your khaki isn't a regulation uniform, we're sure you won't be sent to the brig. And if you want to reenact Top Gun, who are we to judge? Just remember to change out of those heels before pulling out all the stops behind the controls of that spiffy Supermarine Spitfire!
