What truly sets the Kink apart is its beefed up construction to allow it to ride down stairs, through parking lots, and on walls all winter without completely falling apart like some boards will. Most importantly the Kink features Cleave Edge Steel edges that are 50% thicker than a standard edge to avoid edge cracks and edge rip outs even if you are repeatedly gapping to less than perfect urban rails. On top of that the burly Performance core can handle board-slides through big kinked rails and sketchy transition finders off of large drops without snapping.
